My Vela's headlight set won't turn on. What should I do?

(Vela 2s built prior to 2021) There is a small switch that turns the optical assembly on and off, located under the headlight - check if it was triggered without intention. If not, contact us to verify the source of the problem.

(Vela 2s built 2021 onward) We have switched our supplier to a more intense front headlight. The lights do not include an on / off switch and are always on (they use very little battery power to operate) for safety and visibility reasons. Your lights will turn off when you lock your bike (via the lock button on app) or after 60 seconds of the bike being stationary. If your lights are not operating correctly (turning on or off, please reach out to our team for support.
